Weekend Aug/Sept/1993, Endeavour Hills, VIC 3:00am - Two witnesses: Paul & Yvette

Witness account: I (Paul) was woken up at about 3:00 am, by a very loud noise and a very bright light. I looked out through the bedroom window and saw a craft about one hundred metres up and 300 to 400 metres way (N-North-West).

I woke Yvette and she watched it with me. In the blink of an eye the object was about one hundred metres up and fifty metres away. The object was saucer shaped with amber lights emitting out from four square windows in a row with rounded corners.

There was a white beam of light shooting out from underneath, which turned night into day. I could still hear the loud noise which woke me, it sounded like turbines but much louder than a jet plane with a humming noise. I put on some pants, grabbed our camera and raced outside.

By the time I got outside the object was out of sight. When I first saw the object it was about 45 degrees of the horizon. It was a clear and cold night with many stars visible but no moon. The whole sighting lasted about two minutes. At the time of the sighting I was very excited while Yvette was very nervous.
